Two Fathoms Brewing was founded in 2026 in Airlie Beach, Queensland, Australia. With the aim to bring locally brewed beers to the Whitsundays, they offer a fun, relaxed atmosphere and beautifully crafted beers for everyone.
The first beer cans that I designed for Two Fathoms were for the core range of beers. Liam expressed that he wanted all of these beers to have the same design, just different colour schemes and names.
The client were also keen for the designs to not appeal to just one gender. They were conscious that most breweries and beer related brands tended to target a male audience and didn't feel very inclusive.
Newport Subnautica was the first Limited Release beer I was asked to design.
Being a Japanese Lager, I wanted to lean into the japanese artwork style, taking inspiration from Katsushika Hokusai.
Mutiny is the latest limited release beers from Two Fathoms. I decided to go a bit more literal with this design.
